Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any recurring charges?
No. Credit purchases are one-time payments. You are only charged when you complete a purchase.
What kind of support can I get?
We provide support via email at deepspicyteam@gmail.com and Telegram. Our team is ready to help with payment, credits, generation, and account-related issues.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the in-app units used to generate results in DeepSpicy. Each task costs a certain number of credits depending on the selected feature and quality level.
How are credits charged?
NSFW Image and Undress AI are charged per image. NSFW Video is charged per second based on the selected resolution. The estimated credit cost is shown before you confirm a task.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If you do not have enough credits, the task will not start. You can buy more credits or choose a lower-cost option if available.
How long are credits valid?
Each credit purchase is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Can I see the credit cost before generating?
Yes. The estimated credit cost is shown before you confirm a task.
Do I get charged if a task fails?
If a task fails before generating a result, credits will not be deducted. If a result is successfully generated, credits will be charged because computing resources have already been used.
Why do different features cost different amounts of credits?
Different features and quality levels require different amounts of processing resources. Higher-quality modes and video generation usually require more credits.
How is NSFW Video charged?
NSFW Video is charged by video length and selected resolution. The total credit cost is calculated based on the number of seconds generated.
What should I do if my credits do not appear after purchase?
Please contact us by email or Telegram with your account email and payment details. We will help you check it as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you experience a technical issue or believe there was an incorrect charge, please contact support with your account email and order details.
